Does paintcanlabels.com ship to PO Boxes?
No. Our shipping service, UPS, will not ship to PO Box addresses.
Does paintcanlabels.com do split shipments?
You cannot ship one order to two different places. For example, job number 12345-01 and 12345-02 will each get a shipping address but job number 12345-01 cannot ship to two different places.
Does paintcanlabels.com drop ship?
Yes. We can drop ship to your customer. Simply select an address from your Address Book. The order will now ship with your billing address to the shipping address chosen from your address book.
Does paintcanlabels.com provide guides for shipping weights and pricing?
We do not provide a pricing or weight list but you may get immediate shipping pricing on our website when placing an order.
What shipping services does paintcanlabels.com offer?
We currently use only UPS to ship our packages.
Can we use our own shipping account?
No, we do not offer that option. All orders must be shipped using our shipping account.
How does paintcanlabels.com box their shipments?
We use custom cartons to ship your labels. Carton dimensions are based on label size and quantity.
Does paintcanlabels.com shrink wrap the labels before boxing?
Yes. We shrink wrap all labels in packages of 500. Each package has a label wrapped around the end with the front copy on display so as to be easily read after being placed on shelving.
Does paintcanlabels.com ship outside the US?
No. Currently we ship only within the United States.
What if my ship to address is invalid?
You are responsible for all information used on your order including shipping information. UPS makes every effort to deliver your order. However, if your order is returned to paintcanlabels.com because of an invalid address we will contact you for the correct information and re-ship your order. Additional charges will apply.
